Jitendra Gupta is an Engineer by Qualification with over 38 years in the field of manufacturing of fasteners. As the Founder and CEO of MCF, he is responsible for the growth and development of the organisation.
From fulfilling customer requirements through development of efficient production processes to designing, maintenance and upgradation of our products to ensure the highest standards, he is actively involved in all parts of the business.
His ability to create a sense of belongingness and warmth has laid a strong foundation for the MCF family and customers alike. He is a music enthusiast and an extremely talented mixologist.

Latika Gupta is an Engineer by qualification and a businesswoman by passion. Latika plays a key role in the Administrative and Executive functions of the organisation with over 10 years of experience under her talented belt. Latika brings in youthful energy, passion and new ideas to the table, pushing the MCF team to innovate, adding new products and processes to their offerings. She ensures timely and proper communication with suppliers and customers ensuring smooth functioning of the organisation at all times.
Latika is also an avid reader and a sports enthusiast.

Rishika Gupta brings a wealth of experience from top tier firms like KPMG and Ernst & Young. As the head of Finance, Taxation, Legal and Accounts functions at MCF, she ensures adherence to and compliance with all statutory requirements of Income Tax, GST, Customs, Labour Laws, FEMA, MSME to name a few. She walks the tightrope handling the finance and cash flow of the organisation in a very efficient manner.
Rishika is also passionate about education and spends her free time empowering and educating young women in the segway tour raleigh basics of finance, investments and taxation.
She is also a passionate chef and loves cooking up a storm for her near and dear ones.
